Through intregation with most PAS/EPRs and our video Partners (Attend Anywhere, Healthcare Communications, Modality Systems, Visionable (and coming soon Kraydel and DrDoctor), Intouch has resolved many of the operational issues Hospitals face since going live with video.

For the first time Hospital clinics have a choice of running Blended Clinics (F2F, video or phone) optimising clinical time and space, providing choice for patients and clinicians.
Following the outpatient attendance, the clinician can complete the outcome using the Intouch eOutcome, a smart, digital solution of the Hospitals outcome paper forms. Allowing for quick completion or all clinical activites (for correct payment) and required Follow Up requirements (discharge, FU F2F, video, phone or PIFU).
Intouch second phase is Virtual Care. Intouch is working multiple clinic app providers to integrate their applications into iVCMS. This allows clinicians to view real time patient data whilst holding a video call, on the same dashboard - reducing the need for the clinician to open multiple apps.
