Current Health Care at Home Delivery Platform

By Rachel Bowman, Current Health Added 19th Sep, 2019 Updated 22nd Jan, 2024

Current Health offers an enterprise care-at-home platform that enables health systems to deliver safe and effective care from the comfort of a patient's home. The company brings together remote patient monitoring, telehealth, and patient engagement into a single, flexible solution that allows organisations to manage all patient populations within a single platform.

About

Current Health, a Best Buy Health company, enables NHS partners to deliver safe, effective, and scalable care in patients’ homes. We provide the end-to-end infrastructure for remote care at home through configurable technology and comprehensive services. Our adaptable, enterprise solution supports the needs of large patient populations, across a range of clinical pathways, providing a single view of patient population health.

With a variety of CE/CA marked class IIa remote patient monitoring (RPM) continuous and intermittent medical devices, clinicians can monitor patient vital sign data and personalise the experience for individual patients.  Data is automatically uploaded to our CE marked clinical dashboard, where providers can respond and intervene with the onset and progression of diseases. All data captured on the platform integrates with EPRs, providing the NHS with a holistic view of patient health.

By empowering NHS organisations with early, preventive interventions and effective resource utilisation, we help to enhance patient outcomes while delivering cost-effective care at home.

Current Health's AI platform then translates all this data to send precise actionable insights to healthcare staff so earlier, proactive care can be delivered.

The device is Class IIA CE marked and FDA cleared and is already being used by several NHS Trusts for in-hospital and in-home use allowing earlier discharge, reduced readmissions and delivery of clinical efficiencies.
