QPT Leadership Self Assessment Tool
QPT has been built to drive the development of busy managers in need of practical tools to support on the job learning. It's ideal for aspiring or newly promoted leaders looking to establish their individual development priorities. Our research for the model focused on leaders in health and care.
The QPT combines an engaging self assessment survey, unique approach to prioritising needs, with an easy to interpret and practical leadership development report. It can be easily deployed at scale and is accessible to users on any mobile, tablet or desktop device. It has been trialled by leaders in primary care and other parts of the NHS.
Kings Fund and CQC research shows that there is a clear positive impact on the quality of patient care when a health or care organisation is well led. Our leadership survey platform and development content eliminates the gap between workforce planning and implementation of leadership development. Our development tools empower leaders to learn on the job, whilst providing contextual insights into leadership development priorities and gaps to fuel workforce planning. The underpinning strengths based framework supports healthcare compassionate and inclusive leadership and can be mapped to the NVQ L3&5 leadership standards.
Our QPT tool doesn't replace the need for formal accredited learning programs, but it provides a valuable alternative option that can be deployed quickly, is tailored to individual needs and fosters more ownership of development and on the job learning.
We are looking for a pilot organisation to help us road test the QPT with a group of managers and help us refine the offering.
We can run short accreditation sessions on zoom for internal OD team members to be able to use the tool at a low cost.
